Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants and toddlers, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Keep the classroom safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
