Sunrise Children's Foundation is seeking an Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teacher II under the supervision of the Education Services Manager and the Center Director. You will plan, organize, and conduct developmentally appropriate activities for up to four children aged eight weeks to three years, including those with special needs.

The role emphasizes maintaining a safe environment, family engagement, and collaboration with staff to meet EHS standards in an in-person setting.

Qualificações

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDA credential with a focus on infants and toddlers is required.
• 2+ years of experience with infants/toddlers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops an individualized curriculum for each child and schedules home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
• Maintains a healthy and safe learning environment that is developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive.
• Builds positive relationships with families and promotes parent involvement in the classroom.
• Plans and facilitates monthly parent meetings and other social activities.
• Participates in transition activities and collaborates with program staff.

Conhecimentos

Communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish

CPR/First Aid trained

Formação académica

High School Diploma or equivalent
