Qualifications

• Massachusetts Infant Toddler Teacher Certification or CDA minimum required, AA/AS in early education acceptable.
• Bilingual ability is helpful (Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, or Creole).
• Experience with birth-3 population; must speak/understand English.
• All candidates must pass CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide infants and toddlers with a nurturing, safe, and healthy environment to support development and social competence.
• Lead classroom activities in line with Early Head Start standards.
• Involve parents in education to enhance skills and development of children.
• Assist with meal service and other assigned tasks.
