Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to nurture young learners in a licensed center. You will follow all licensing rules and company standards while delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities and documenting progress for families.

Qualifications

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you will care for children following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families effectively.
• Deliver interactive learning experiences using our curriculum to support development.
• Lead a classroom in a licensed center with energy, dependability, and passion.
