Learning Care is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide nurturing, safe care and promote development in a licensed center. You will follow licensing guidelines, implement our curriculum, observe and plan for children, and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
