Job summary

The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking a nurturing Infant Teacher with EEC certification to join our early childhood team. You will create warm, responsive classrooms and support the development of babies through attentive care and developmentally appropriate activities.

In this role you will follow MA EEC licensing guidelines, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to provide consistent, high-quality care and education for infants Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification is required.
• Experience with infants and early childhood preferred.
• Ability to meet MA EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Infant classroom
• Implement age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
• Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and care routines
• Encourage physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development
• Observe developmental progress and maintain required classroom documentation
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and center leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements

Infant Teacher - EEC Certified

Location: The Learning Experience - Littleton, MA

Pay: $21-$22 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

Our Infant Teachers create warm, responsive classroom environments where babies feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore. You'll combine attentive care with meaningful early learning experiences that support each child's individual development.

Key Responsibilities
