The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA, is seeking an Infant & Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our caring early childhood team. This full-time role supports classroom teachers and helps create a safe, nurturing environment where young learners can explore and grow.

Location: The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our Infant and Toddler classrooms.

No EEC Teacher Certification is required for this position, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to gain hands‑on experience in a professional early childhood education environment.

You’ll work alongside experienced teachers to create safe, nurturing classrooms where infants and toddlers can learn, explore, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in Infant and Toddler classrooms
• Assist with age‑appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
• Help with feeding, diapering, rest time, and daily care routines
• Support classroom transitions and outdoor activities
• Provide attentive supervision and positive interactions
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized classroom environments
• Prepare materials for classroom activities and learning centers
