The Learning Experience - Littleton, MA is seeking an Infant Teacher (EEC Certified) to join our early childhood education team. You will create warm, responsive classrooms where babies feel safe and encouraged to explore.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay of $21–$22 per hour, funded training and professional development, and a collaborative teaching environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Certification required.
• Experience in infant care or early childhood settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving.
• Ability to meet Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Infant classroom
• Implement age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
• Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and care routines
• Encourage physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development
• Observe developmental progress and maintain required classroom documentation
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and center leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

Our Infant Teachers create warm, responsive classroom environments where babies feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore. You'll combine attentive care with meaningful early learning experiences that support each child's individual development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Infant classroom
