The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA is seeking a caring Infant & Toddler Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms. No EEC Teacher Certification is required, providing a hands‑on entry into a professional early childhood setting.

You’ll work with experienced teachers to create safe, nurturing spaces where infants and toddlers can learn, explore, and grow, while gaining valuable childcare experience. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with potential for development.

Qualifications

• No EEC Teacher Certification required.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• Interest in early childhood education and development.
• Patient, dependable, caring, and team‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training.
• Ability to meet Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in Infant and Toddler classrooms.
• Assist with age‑appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences.
• Help with feeding, diapering, rest time, and daily care routines.
• Support classroom transitions and outdoor activities.
• Provide attentive supervision and positive interactions.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized classroom environments.
• Prepare materials for classroom activities and learning centers.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our Infant and Toddler classrooms.

No EEC Teacher Certification is required for this position, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to gain hands‑on experience in a professional early childhood education environment.

You’ll work alongside experienced teachers to create safe, nurturing classrooms where infants and toddlers can learn, explore, and grow.
