Celebree School Smyrna is seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to support the Lead Teacher and nurture infants with developmentally appropriate activities. You will help create a caring, engaging classroom that aligns with Celebree's mission and infant curriculum, while ensuring safety and positive routines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily activities alongside our infants.
• Ensure the Infant classroom complies with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space that encourages curiosity.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to support the Lead Teacher in:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Big passion for early childhood education.
• 1-3 years' experience working in Early Childhood with young children.
• Strong willingness to learn; must demonstrate collaboration / team building characteristics.

Signing bonus

$500 after completing 90 days.
