Celebree School™ is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, age-appropriate setting. You will implement Celebree’s infant curriculum and support infants while guiding classroom aides with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and inviting classroom, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations, policies, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher qualifications per state: CDA/TCC/Assoc. or Bachelor's in ECE.
• 2–5 years of lead teacher experience; 1–3 years for assistant.
• Knowledge of child behavioral/developmental stages and licensing requirements.
• Strong classroom management, organization, communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving.
• Patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate infants' daily activities with gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans per infant curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, inviting classroom that fosters curiosity.
• Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance.

Responsibilities

As an Infant Lead Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency with one of the following: CDA, TCC, Assoc. Degree ECE or bachelor's degree ECE. 2-5 years' experience required for the Lead Teacher role and 1-3 years experience for the Assistant Teacher role.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Signing bonus

$500 after completing 90 days.
