Job summary

Celebree School™ invites an Infant Teacher Assistant to shape early development in a nurturing setting. You’ll support the Lead Teacher and help deliver age-appropriate experiences that align with Celebree’s vision, mission, and values for our infants’ journey.

You will guide classroom aides as they begin their path in early childhood education, fostering confidence and compassion while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• 1–3 years experience with young children.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in navigating daily activities with infants.
• Ensure the Infant classroom complies with Office of Child Care regulations, and company policies.
• Create a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom space.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Monday through Friday: All shifts are available (Morning, afternoon and evening)

Responsibilities

As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to support the Lead Teacher in:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Big passion for early childhood education.
• 1-3 years' experience working in Early Childhood with young children.
• Strong willingness to learn; must demonstrate collaboration / team building characteristics.

Signing bonus

$500 after completing 90 days.
