Celebree School strives to nurture infants by shaping early development within a caring and enriching setting. The Infant Lead Teacher will weave Celebree's vision into daily activities and mentor classroom aides as they begin their journey in early childhood education.

The role focuses on developmentally appropriate experiences, safe classroom management, and collaboration with families and staff to support growth.

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher requirements approved by the governing State agency (CDA, TCC, Assoc. Degree ECE or Bachelor’s in ECE).
• 2–5 years of experience for Lead Teacher; 1–3 years for Assistant Teacher.
• Knowledge of developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support infants by guiding daily activities and ensuring age-appropriate experiences.
• Manage the Infant classroom in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children, families, and visitors.
• Plan and implement thorough lesson plans aligned with the infant curriculum.

As an Infant Teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to help navigate classroom Aides through their journey into the world of early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency with one of the following: CDA, TCC, Assoc. Degree ECE or bachelor’s degree ECE. 2-5 years' experience required for the Lead Teacher role and 1-3 years experience for the Assistant Teacher role.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Signing bonus:

$500 after completing 90 days.
