Job summary

Celebree School in Smyrna, GA is seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to support our youngest learners and help implement developmentally appropriate activities in a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate with a caring team to plan lessons, maintain a safe classroom, and document progress while reflecting Celebree’s mission and values. Prior Early Childhood experience is preferred, with a passion for child growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years' experience in Early Childhood.
• Big passion for early childhood education.
• Strong willingness to learn; must demonstrate collaboration / team building characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Navigate infants' activities, offering guidance as they take first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Provide a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans following the infant curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom space for exploration.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance.

Signing bonus

$500 after completing 90 days.
