Zusammenfassung

Celebree School™ is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate program. You will help guide infants and toddlers through meaningful activities while upholding Celebree’s mission and values in every interaction.

You will support classroom aides and ensure compliance with licensing regulations, delivering engaging experiences, and maintaining a positive, safe learning environment for families and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children; familiarity with childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Maintain the Infant classroom in compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
