Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent; must meet ECT qualifications through CDHS.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with infants 6 weeks to 18 months.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens certified within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the infant program and classroom.
• Implement curriculum within established guidelines and supervise activities.
• Maintain program records, registrations, medications, and communications with families.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing staff development.
