Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for our Cedar Knolls, NJ (Morristown) clinic. You will perform 360° imaging for babies, calibrate imaging equipment, and manage patient information in Intergy, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and a passion for caring for babies. Training will be provided to learn our DOC Band, EarWell, and imaging workflow.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in caring for or working with infants/children, or related customer-service roles.
• Willingness to train on Cranial Technologies processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using DSi imaging system.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning rooms, and rooming patients.
