Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team. You will perform 3D imaging for each baby using the DSi system and coordinate with families to deliver a caring, high-quality experience.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, comfort with tech, and a passion for babies. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within a growth-focused pediatric imaging environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of juggling multiple duties while prioritizing patient experience.
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Create a 360° 3D image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment (DSi® system).
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments in Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning rooms, and rooming patients.
