Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Mesa, AZ seeks an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist who loves babies and delivers exceptional service.

You will operate the DSi® imaging system to create 360° images, schedule visits, and manage patient information in Intergy, while supporting a fast-paced pediatric imaging environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, quick to learn, and capable of handling multiple duties with the patient experience as a priority.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of juggling many duties while keeping patient experience as priority.
• Experience caring for infants/children, high-end retail CS, teaching, or medical imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Create a 3D 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi®).
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties: answer phones, prep rooms, and room patients.
