Job summary
Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team. This hourly, full‑time role involves performing 3D imaging for infants, calibrating imaging equipment, and entering patient data into Intergy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of juggling many duties while keeping patient experience as top priority
- Experience caregiving for or working with infants/children, high-end retail, teaching, or medical imaging
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
- Perform three-dimensional 360° imaging for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi)
- Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system)
- Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy
- Enter and process patient information in Intergy
- Perform medical office duties including answering phones and preparing patient rooms
