Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Annandale, VA is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team. You will capture 360° images for each infant using the DSi system and coordinate with families during visits.

No prior imaging experience is required; we provide training. A background in childcare, teaching, retail, or medical imaging helps, and you will deliver outstanding patient service throughout the imaging workflow.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of juggling many duties while prioritizing patient experience.
• Experience caring for/working with infants or children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Perform 360° imaging for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of the DSi imaging system.
• Schedule and enter new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Answer phones, clean patient rooms and room patients.
• Meet physical requirements: squat/bend, lift up to 30 lbs, move quickly.
