Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Richmond, KY is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist who loves babies and delivering outstanding customer service. You will perform 3D imaging for each infant using DSi, calibrate equipment, and schedule appointments.

The role requires energy, quick learning, and the ability to juggle tasks while keeping patient experience first. Prior childcare, retail, teaching, or medical imaging experience is helpful; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for or working with infants/children is helpful.
• Exceptional customer service orientation is required.
• Ability to learn imaging workflows and software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Create 3D, 360° images for each baby using DSi imaging.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment to ensure quality images.
• Schedule and enter patient information into Intergy.
• Perform routine medical office duties as needed.
