Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Park Ridge, IL is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist. You will perform three‑dimensional imaging for infants, operate the DSi system, and coordinate patient scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service to families.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of juggling many duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority.
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children or related customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Capture a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi system).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy; assist with basic medical office duties.
