• Packages and labels formulas per procedure.
• Delivers feeds to patient care area and cleans up per policy.
• Maintains sanitation logs and equipment.
• Cleans work surfaces and follows infection control policies.
• Trains other staff in feeding preparation as needed.
• Prepares monthly quality assurance report.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
