Qualifications

• Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in a professional childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of infant development, health, and safety practices.
• Certification in Infant and Child First Aid and CPR required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to follow specific care instructions and routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for infants, ensuring safety and well-being at all times.
• Implement individualized feeding, sleeping, and changing routines according to each child's needs.
• Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that stimulate sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for infants.
• Observe and document infant development, health, and behavior, communicating any concerns to parents and management.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with infants and their families.
