Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking an Infant Development Specialist to guide programs for children aged 0–3, moving with the group through early years. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, assess progress, and partner with families to foster ongoing growth in a warm, culturally responsive setting.

You will supervise a safe, inclusive environment, document milestones, and collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of care as children transition to preschool.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience caring for infants/toddlers and supporting their development.
• Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities and document child progress.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and healthy, inclusive environments.
• Experience collaborating with families and center team to support child outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and small groups tied to infants/toddlers’ interests.
• Understand growth of zero-to-three children and meet needs by development stage.
• Maintain safe, healthy environments with proper supervision and culturally responsive interactions.
• Develop enriched learning environments aligned to curriculum and learning opportunities.
• Ensure environments meet developmental needs as children grow.
• Provide excellent customer service through authentic, cross-cultural family connections.
