Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center is seeking an Infant Care Provider to shape children’s early experiences in a nurturing, safe environment. You will support routines, create engaging activities, and partner with teachers to foster curiosity and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred.
• Ability to complete Montana state-required early childhood training within 6 months of hire.
• Completion of STARS Assistant Teacher Training within 12 months of hire.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (training provided).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
