Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Infant/toddler credentials or child development experience welcomed.
• CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants including feeding, diapering, soothing.
• Develop age-appropriate activities to support sensory, motor, language, and social development.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and emotionally supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and document each child’s development for individualized support.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized learning space in line with licensing.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to enhance curriculum and share best practices.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
