Logan Health's Kid Kare Infant Center in Kalispell is seeking an Infant Care Provider to join a warm, nurturing team dedicated to high-quality early learning for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You’ll help create a safe, engaging classroom and support infants’ development through responsive care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional development, and inclusive care for diverse backgrounds. You’ll participate in documentation, daily activity reports, and collaboration with teachers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred.
• Complete Montana state training within 6 months of hire.
• STARS Assistant Teacher Training within 12 months of hire.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
