Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for our Columbus, OH location. You will perform 360° imaging of infants, calibrate imaging equipment, and manage scheduling and data entry in Intergy with a focus on exceptional patient care.

The role requires energy, quick learning, and the ability to juggle multiple duties while keeping the baby’s experience first. Training is provided; prior infant care or customer service backgrounds are helpful.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality required.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of juggling many duties while keeping patient experience as priority.
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children, or in high-end retail/teaching/medical imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Create a 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments in Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy; assist with basic medical office duties.
