Job summary

Cranial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Baby Imaging Specialist to join our Indianapolis team. You will perform 3D imaging of infants, support patient care, and help manage appointment scheduling in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Experience in caring for or working with infants/children or related customer service backgrounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• 3D imaging using the DSi system and coordinating with the team.
• Schedule and manage new patient and follow-up appointments.
• Enter and process patient information in practice software.
• Perform medical office duties (phones, room setup, patient flow).
• Support imaging equipment operation and calibration for high-quality images.
