Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an energetic Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team on an hourly, full-time basis. You will perform 3D imaging for infants, calibrate imaging equipment, and help manage patient flow with our Intergy system.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical/clinical setting is preferred.
• Energetic, adaptable, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping patient experience as priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture a 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of the imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy; assist in basic medical office duties.
