Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our Norfolk, VA team.

You will provide exceptional care to families, perform 3D imaging for each infant using Intergy-based workflow, and ensure smooth patient flow in a pediatric cranial shaping setting. The role emphasizes a passionate, energetic personality, quick learning, multitasking in a fast-paced clinic, and prior experience with infants or high-end retail/teaching is helpful.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality required.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to juggle many duties while keeping patient experience first.
• Experience caring for infants/children or in high-end retail/teaching helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Perform 3D imaging for each baby using DSi imaging system.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment for optimal results.
• Schedule new patients and follow-ups in Intergy PM software.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties: answer phones, prep rooms, assist patients.
