You’ll work remotely, establishing yourself in your market to recruit and place professionals with clients across multiple sectors.

You’ll have training, technology, resources, systems, and support from Goodwin Recruiting as you operate as an independent contractor, with a full-time ramp-up and commission-based

You’ll have the independence of building your own business while receiving training, technology, resources, systems, and support from Goodwin Recruiting.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Full-time commitment and financial readiness for the ramp-up period are important.
