Goodwin Recruiting is offering a remote, independent contractor role for a self-driven recruiter ready to own the full lifecycle—from client development to placing top talent. You’ll build your own client base and manage a long-term book of business with the support of a national firm.

As a fully remote 1099 partner, you control your earning potential and schedule, while leveraging Goodwin’s training, technology, and resources.
