C3 AI is seeking an Industry Solution Leader for Heavy Industrial to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions, with emphasis on Integrated Steel Optimization and Asset Performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executives, and drive measurable business outcomes across manufacturing environments.

The role requires hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, or maintenance, and the ability to guide data-driven decisions from problem definition

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for customer engagements.
Serve as the primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, production performance, and process optimization.
Translate engineering and operations challenges into AI/ML/optimization problems with clear requirements.
Lead engagements from use case definition through deployment and scale.
