Job summary

SHI Agentic seeks Industry Principals to lead commercial strategy across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This senior role engages C-suite buyers, shapes end-to-end deal cycles, and translates SHI Agentic's platform into vertical solutions.

You’ll own the executive discovery process, scope engagements, price proposals, and secure commitments, while partnering with a senior Forward Deployed Engineer for delivery.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of industry verticals (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Experience engaging executives and guiding deals end-to-end.
• Strong ability to lead complex customer engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of systems integration, data flows, platforms, and business transformation.
• Knowledge of data privacy, governance and regulatory concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery sessions and scope Agentic engagements.
• Develop pricing and secure customer commitments throughout the deal cycle.
• Own the end-to-end deal cycle from qualification to close.
• Build trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives.
• Drive expansion into recurring managed services and contracts.
