Job summary

SHI Agentic seeks Industry Principals to lead commercial strategy and customer engagements across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will engage C-suite buyers, translate SHI Agentic's platform into vertical solutions, own deals, and drive expansion into managed services.

You will partner with a senior Forward Deployed Engineer for delivery while retaining commercial ownership and guiding repeatable templates and playbooks for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Industry & business expertise across healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.
• Engagement with executive buyers, pricing, and deal strategy.
• Ability to lead complex engagements and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive voice for SHI Agentic within your vertical.
• Identify pain points, buyer personas, and solution positioning.
• Lead executive discovery, scope engagements, develop pricing, and secure commitments.
• Own end-to-end deal cycles from qualification to close.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and drive adoption of managed services.
• Expand engagements into recurring managed services with multi-year commitments.
• Collaborate with a Forward Deployed Engineer while maintaining commercial ownership.
• Develop repeatable commercial and delivery templates for growth.
• Create vertical playbooks and best practices with Delivery teams.
• Position SHI Agentic as a recognized industry leader through executive engagement.
