Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Industry Marketing to lead the Industry Marketing team and translate industry priorities into a focused marketing agenda that strengthens the firm’s relevance with priority buyers and drives growth.

You will partner with Heads of Industry and service line leaders to embed insights, content, audiences, and market perspectives into integrated campaigns and initiatives across channels, while developing the team and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services.
• Experience leading and developing marketing professionals.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent content, messaging, and editorial leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in AI-enabled marketing tools and practices.
• Fluency in all areas of integrated campaigns including social media, paid media, webinars, events, content, web, etc.
