Prospect Rock Partners in New York City seeks a VP to lead the Industrials investment banking team, focusing on M&A, capital advisory, and restructuring with direct exposure to senior executives. You will own complex analyses, drive execution, and mentor Associates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You'll collaborate across building products, packaging, transportation and other industrials subsectors, manage multiple deals, and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership while

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of investment banking experience at the Associate level.
• M&A deal experience and transaction leadership preferred.
• Strong Industrials sector exposure across Capital Goods, Transportation, Automotive, Packaging or Aerospace & Defense.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication with C-suite presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform sophisticated financial analyses and build complex valuation models.
• Lead financial modeling across transaction structures and scenarios.
• Manage deal workstreams from mandate to close and coordinate with legal and accounting partners.
• Prepare compelling client presentations and interface with CEOs, CFOs, and Board members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Analyst-level team members and lead deal teams.
