Job summary

Prospect Rock Partners in New York seeks an experienced Vice President for its M&A team. You will lead the design, origination, structuring, and execution of transactions and contribute to client-ready pitch materials.

Requires 6+ years in investment banking or an MBA with VP standing, strong corporate finance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple deals with discretion. Note: we do not sponsor work visas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA with finance focus and top-tier experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, securities, markets, and risk/pricing.
• M&A experience at a leading bank is a strong plus.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and generate ideas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, origination, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions.
• Draft and review pitch books and client materials with accuracy.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and deal processes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and cross-group collaboration.
