Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and capital advisory transactions (sellside/buyside, capital structures, restructurings).
• Mentor Associates and Analysts to ensure rigorous analysis and high-quality output.
• Prepare client materials: presentations, information memoranda, fairness opinions, board materials, pitches.
• Oversee due diligence and coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and data rooms to maintain smooth execution.
• Engage with senior management and boards to discuss industry trends, capital structures, and growth strategies.
