Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Associate-level investment banking experience with leadership in deals.
• Strong preference for M&A deal experience and transaction leadership.
• Experience across Industrials sectors (Capital Goods, Transportation, Automotive, etc.).
• Outstanding financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to interact with C-suite executives and manage multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex financial analyses and build valuation models.
• Lead cross-functional deal execution and client engagement.
• Mentor Analysts and guide deal teams to strong outcomes.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and advisory partners to close transactions.
