Qualifications

• At least 1 year of investment banking experience at the Associate level.
• M&A deal experience and transaction leadership preferred.
• Industrials sector exposure across Capital Goods, Transportation, Automotive, or Packaging.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with C-suite presentation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Top-tier university degree with strong academic performance.
• Fast-paced environment requiring initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise.
• Team-oriented with a track record of developing others.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution & Analysis: Perform sophisticated analyses and build valuation models.
• Lead financial modeling across transaction structures and scenarios.
• Research relevant companies, competitors, and sector dynamics.
• Manage critical workstreams from mandate through closing.
• Coordinate across legal, accounting, and other advisory partners.
• Client Interaction & Relationship Development: Prepare client materials and present to senior executives.
• Interface directly with CEOs, CFOs, and Board members.
• Develop understanding of client objectives and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor Analysts and lead deal teams.
