Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• Further education in project management is a plus.
• 3+ years in product development and industrialization of devices or supply chain strategy.
• 3+ years in interdisciplinary project management for mass-produced goods.
• Experience with Sciforma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in supply chain management and manufacturing equipment development.
• Clear communication and teamwork across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain design and implementation across projects and product life cycle.
• Represent Lead Supply Chain goals in product creation projects as part of industrialization.
• Manage lifecycle projects, planning, deliverables, and CAPEX.
• Consult with Innovation and PMO and with the supply chain steering committee.
• Lead the Industrialization project team including Make, Equipment, Planning, and Sourcing.
• Perform supply chain feasibility, gap, and risk analyses.
• Define and implement the supply chain concept and strategy for the project.
• Make footprint decisions (regions/plants) including make-or-buy and sourcing.
• Structure products/regions/volumes into optimized architecture and variants.
• Guide product engineering via stakeholder requirements and drivers.
• Influence product design based on supply chain capabilities.
• Validate concepts and designs against supply chain requirements.
• Plan allocation of production and customization capacities.
• Oversee supplier selection within the project for components and modules.
• Define requirements for processes, equipment, and manufacturing quality.
• Involve packaging engineering for end-to-end packaging and labeling.
• Lead ramp-up of production capacities across internal and external suppliers.
