Job summary

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor of Science in process engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment engineering in production environments.
• Proven leadership with organizational and change management responsibilities.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, automation and digitalization of manufacturing systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of manufacturing equipment and testing systems across the global network.
• Define and govern equipment architectures, platforms, and design standards for scalability and reusability.
• Lead end-to-end equipment lifecycle including concept, design, IQ/OQ/PQ, deployment and support.
• Define and drive technology roadmap for automation, digitalization, and innovation of manufacturing systems.
• Govern requirements for equipment systems including safety, performance, and data integration.
• Lead CAPEX planning and execution for equipment investments with cost transparency.
