Form Energy is hiring a Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering to own the technical and quality strategy for our electromechanical and power conversion supply base, spanning PCBAs, wire harnesses, electrical panels, and skid-level assemblies. You will lead a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers and set standards that enable scalable, world-class quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in new product development and manufacturing of electromechanical and electronic assemblies (PCBAs, harnesses, panels, box builds).
• 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams, with ability to hire, coach, and develop talent.
• Deep expertise implementing PPAP/APQP and managing supplier quality systems across multiple commodity types.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and quality roadmap across PCBAs, harnesses, panels, and integrated power conversion assemblies.
• Build and lead a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers; set priorities, unblock blockers, and ensure PPAP/APQP standards and program timelines.
• Drive cross-functional resolution with Design, Reliability, Test, and Global Supply Management to resolve high-impact supplier and quality issues and drive CAPA to closure.
• Scale Quality Frameworks by establishing and improving PPAP, APQP, and SCAR/CAPA frameworks for contract manufacturers.
