Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years related experience with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills required.
• Experience working with design teams and knowledge of employee‑owned culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a director/manager; marketing and proposals involvement.
• Provide project and task management; perform complex process engineering; prepare reports and engineering plans.
• Lead design/build projects experience is desirable.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership across teams and stakeholders.
