Arcadis is seeking a Process Engineer to lead industrial water/wastewater projects across the United States on a hybrid basis. You will design and optimize treatment systems, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute from study through commissioning and operation.

The role requires a background in water/wastewater engineering, 4+ years of experience, and a degree in environmental/chemical/civil engineering, with preferred master's or PE/EIT credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the industrial water/wastewater field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or related field (preferred).
• EIT or Professional Engineer registration (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Apply processes and technologies for treatment (physical/chemical, biological, membrane, adsorption, filtration, disinfection, thermal evaporation, crystallization).
• Receive mentoring from a senior process engineer and delegate tasks to junior staff.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams to implement treatment solutions across project stages.
• Support projects from study through design, construction, startup, commissioning, and O&M.
