Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer with 2+ years of consulting experience to contribute to the design of industrial water and wastewater treatment plants. The role includes site visits, project drafting, and field work across the United States, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will prepare engineering drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and technical reports under senior supervision, leveraging industry software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial wastewater experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with water/wastewater equipment for industrial clients.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience designing projects and preparing drawings, calculations, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater process design tasks on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Develop drawings, specifications, P&IDs, calculations, reports, and O&M manuals.
• Coordinate with drafters/designers and other disciplines to finalize construction documents.
• Support construction phase services including submittals and RFIs.
• Verify performance with field inspection and implement feedback from senior staff.
